Deep cleaning of the bed frame, headboard, and under-bed storage areas, as well as the chest of drawers, eliminating dust, dirt, and buildup. Wiping down and sanitizing baseboards for a polished and refreshed look. Cleaning and dusting of heaters to enhance efficiency and maintain air quality. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to remove dust, dirt, and stains. Complete removal of trash, with proper disposal in designated waste bins. Bed-making service available upon request, ensuring a neat and inviting atmosphere. Bathroom Cleaning: Deep disinfection of toilets, sinks, and mirrors for a sparkling and hygienic finish. Detailed scrubbing and sanitization of bathroom walls, including tile grout and baseboards, to remove grime and buildup. Comprehensive cleaning of shower stalls, including glass doors, tiles, and fixtures, to eliminate soap scum, mold, and mildew. Wiping and disinfecting all external plumbing fixtures for a clean and polished look. Additional Information: The cleaning process is thorough and may take up to one hour to complete. Cancellation Policy
Policy on Change, Cancellation, and Refund of Services Cancellations Cancellations are allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled cleaning time. Cancellations made after this period will result in the full service fee being charged. Refunds All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been performed. Company-Initiated Cancellations The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in the following cases: Force majeure events. Health or safety risks to the cleaning team. Any situation compromising the safe execution of the work. In such cases, the client will be notified, and further arrangements may be discussed. Complaints and Quality Assurance Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, but the company reserves the right to offer a correction of the service if complaints are submitted within 12 hours of completion. This policy ensures clear communication regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining operational efficiency.
