Cancellation Policy
Policy on Change, Cancellation, and Refund of Services Cancellations Cancellations are allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled cleaning time. Cancellations made after this period will result in the full service fee being charged. Refunds All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been performed. Company-Initiated Cancellations The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel services in the following cases: Force majeure events. Health or safety risks to the cleaning team. Any situation compromising the safe execution of the work. In such cases, the client will be notified, and further arrangements may be discussed. Complaints and Quality Assurance Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, but the company reserves the right to offer a correction of the service if complaints are submitted within 12 hours of completion. This policy ensures clear communication regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds while maintaining operational efficiency.
